Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards

The Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards will put the focus firmly on the quality of the bean rather than the barista and their brew.

Roasters large and small are invited to submit entries across 10 classes designed to identify a range of Australia's best roasted coffee.

Judges for the coffee category will come from a broad representation of the Australian coffee industry.

Medal winners will also be able to participate in a number of consumer awareness activities being organised to promote the Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards during the Royal Melbourne Show.

Conducted annually by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria, the Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards celebrates premium fine food producers from around the country.

The Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards presents the unique opportunity for all coffee roasters - from the commercial to the smallest roaster - to benchmark their products, use winning medals on packaging and promotional material and meet with like-minded exhibitors at the Presentation of Awards function.

For further information contact the Fine Food Awards event manager, Ross Karavis, on (03) 9281 7432 or at RMFFA@rasv.com.au or for the entry booklet and the entry form go to the Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards website at:
